Refund Policy

Refunds are not available, but if you're unable to attend your scheduled class, please reach out to us beforehand via phone or email. We'll be happy to help you reschedule for a future class of similar value at no extra charge. Alternatively, you can transfer your credit to a friend or family member, also at no extra cost. You'll have up to one year from the date of your original class to complete your rescheduled session.

Late Policy

All participants are required to attend and actively participate in all segments of the class. Please ensure prompt arrival for your scheduled session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, admission to the class will not be granted. For rescheduling, please contact us at 866-674-1470 or via email at info@excellencestaffingsolutions.com. Rescheduling for a future class at no extra cost is available upon request. In case of any need to reschedule, kindly notify us as soon as possible. Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notification will allow for one complimentary rescheduling opportunity. However, if you miss the rescheduled session without notification, your payment will be forfeited, necessitating re-enrollment and payment for the class.

COVID-19 Policy

At Excellence Staffing Solutions, the safety of both our students and instructors remains our top priority, especially amid the ongoing concerns regarding COVID-19. To ensure a secure training environment during CPR classes, we have implemented various precautions. Our training adheres to the standards set by the American Red Cross and American Heart Association, using equipment meeting their guidelines. Classes now accommodate a maximum of 12 participants to allow for adequate distancing between individuals. Where feasible, we employ single-use disposable equipment. Certain items like CPR manikins and AED training devices are reused but undergo thorough sanitization after each use, following both manufacturers' recommendations and CDC guidelines for infection control.

Each student is provided with their own sanitized CPR manikin, CPR pocket mask, and single-use one-way valve to eliminate the need for sharing equipment. Mouth-to-manikin contact is not required during training. Furthermore, high-touch surfaces in the classroom are cleaned after each session. All participants and instructors are encouraged to practice proper hygiene, including frequent handwashing with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, both before and after the course and during snack or meal breaks. Physical distancing is also encouraged.

As of July 1, 2022, in accordance with the Connecticut State DPH recommendation, individuals are advised to wear face coverings in indoor public settings, with exceptions made for activities like eating, drinking, or performing activities that cannot be done while wearing a mask. Sick individuals or those displaying symptoms such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath are advised not to attend class. Rescheduling is available at no cost for any reason.

Additional recommendations include avoiding touching the face, covering coughs or sneezes with a tissue, and properly disposing of used tissues. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes are provided in our classrooms for use during CPR classes.
