About the Role
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or authorized medical practitioner, assisting physicians in performing procedures, maintaining medical records, educating patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
• Valid LPN license in Connecticut
• At least 1 year of experience working in specialty
